Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 November 2026
Draft: some company details are still being added (shown in [brackets]). This text will be reviewed by a UAE lawyer before UAE Direct Apply opens to the public.
These terms are an agreement between you and UAE Direct Apply ("UAE Direct Apply", "we"). By creating an account or using UAE Direct Apply you accept them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. The service
UAE Direct Apply is a software tool that helps you send your own job applications to UAE companies. You choose the companies (by industry, type and emirate), approve your email, and connect your own email account. UAE Direct Apply sends each application from your email address, on your behalf, one by one, during UAE working hours.
UAE Direct Apply is not a recruitment agency. We do not represent you to employers, we do not charge placement fees, and we cannot guarantee replies, interviews or a job. Estimated finish dates are estimates.
2. Who can use UAE Direct Apply
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
- One account per person. Your account and wallet are personal: you may not share them or let anyone else use them.
- You must give true details and keep your login secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Your CV and your emails
- Every CV you upload must be your own and show your own name, email address and WhatsApp number. We check this.
- Your CV and emails must be truthful and must not be offensive, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful.
- You are the sender of your applications. You approve each email before it is sent and are responsible for its content, including text written with our AI assistant.
- We check CVs and emails automatically, and our team may review them. We may refuse content that breaks these terms.
- You keep all rights in your CV and your text. You allow us to use them only to provide the service to you.
4. Your email account
You connect your own Gmail, Outlook / Hotmail or Zoho Mail account with send-only permission. You must follow your email provider's own terms. UAE Direct Apply limits how many emails are sent per day to protect your account; if your provider asks us to slow down, we pause or reduce sending automatically. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Prices, wallet and payments
- Every new account gets 100 free emails, once.
- A campaign is priced before you pay: AED 75 for up to 500 companies, and AED 50 for each further 500 (or part). When VAT applies, it is added to the price and shown before you pay.
- Anything a package covers beyond the emails you use goes to your UAE Direct Apply wallet. Wallet money is used on your next campaign, is valid for 12 months from when it was added, and is personal.
- Refunds, cancellations and emails that cannot be sent are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Things you must not do
- Use UAE Direct Apply for anything other than your own job applications, or to send marketing or spam.
- Copy, collect, export or resell information about companies from UAE Direct Apply.
- Impersonate anyone, or upload someone else's CV.
- Try to break, overload or get around UAE Direct Apply's security or limits.
If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Where we can, we will warn you first and explain why.
7. Company information
The company list is compiled from information companies publish, and we work to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every company is hiring or that every address is current. Companies can pause or stop applications at any time (see For businesses); we respect those requests immediately, so a company may stop receiving applications during your campaign.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep UAE Direct Apply available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change the service. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell registered users before the change takes effect.
9. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by UAE law, UAE Direct Apply is not responsible for decisions made by companies, for the content of emails you approve, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law or any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
10. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. We may close accounts that break these terms. What happens to unsent emails and wallet money is explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at [Support email]; we will try to resolve it fairly. If we cannot, it will be decided by [Courts (set the emirate in Admin → Company)].
