You've applied on the portals. You've clicked "Easy Apply" more times than you can count. And you've heard the same silence back. So CV distribution starts to sound like the answer: pay once, and your CV lands with thousands of UAE companies.
Before you pay anyone, here's how it usually works, what to check, and another way to reach companies directly.
What a CV distribution service does
A CV distribution service takes your CV and emails it to a list of companies and recruiters in the UAE. Most promise a very large list, often "200,000+ companies", and delivery within a few days. Prices are usually a few hundred dirhams for one send.
The idea is sound. Many roles in the UAE are filled without a public job ad, so reaching companies directly can work. The questions are about how it's done.
Five things to check before you pay
- Who sends it, and from which address? If your CV goes out from the service's system, companies see a mass email, not a message from you. Ask exactly which address it comes from and where replies go.
- Which companies receive it? A big number means little if you can't see who's on the list. Lists also get old fast: here's why downloaded HR email lists often fail.
- Is each email personal? One identical email sent to thousands of inboxes looks like spam, and is often treated as spam. See what a good application email looks like.
- What happens if it doesn't arrive? Ask what happens to emails that bounce, and whether there is any refund.
- Can companies say no? Responsible senders let a company stop emails with one click. It protects your name as well as theirs.
Also be careful with anyone who promises a job, a set number of calls, or a visa in return for a fee. In the UAE, genuine employers and licensed recruiters don't charge you for a job.
A different way: send it yourself, without doing it by hand
UAE Direct Apply was built for people who like the idea of reaching companies directly, but want to stay in control.
- It goes from your own email. You connect your Gmail with send-only permission. Each application is sent from your address, so replies come straight to your inbox. UAE Direct Apply can never read, delete or see your emails.
- One personal email per company. Each email is written from your CV for the role you want. Every company gets its own message, sent one by one during working hours.
- You choose who gets it. Pick your role, industries and emirates, and see how many companies match before you start: thousands of UAE companies in all. Exclude your current or past employers, and they'll never receive it.
- Each company only once. A company receives your CV once, even across campaigns.
- Companies can opt out. Every email lets a company pause or stop applications with one click, and we respect it straight away. How it works for companies.
- You see the price first. Your first 100 emails are free, with no card needed. After that, a campaign to up to 500 companies is AED 75, and each further 500 is AED 50. The cost of any email that couldn't be sent goes back to your wallet.

What to expect
Nobody can promise replies or interviews, and we don't. Replies depend on what companies need at the time. What helps most is a clear CV, the right industries, and an email that sounds like you. Companies often take a week or two to answer, so keep an eye on your inbox and your Spam folder.
While you wait, keep an eye on live jobs from UAE companies' own careers pages: applying there as well is often the strongest combination.
