- One column: two-column layouts are read in the wrong order by many systems, so everything moves into one clear column.
- Standard headings: Profile, Experience, Education, Certifications, Skills, Languages, Personal details.
- Real text: no text inside pictures, icons or skill bars; your skills become plain words a system can match.
- No photo: not needed for UAE jobs, and it can confuse ATS software.
- UAE details kept: nationality, visa status, notice period and driving licence, which UAE employers look for.

What does "ATS format" mean?
An applicant tracking system (ATS) reads CVs before a person does. ATS format means one column, standard headings (Experience, Education, Skills), real text and no tables, text boxes, icons or photos, so the system can read every word.
Is converting my CV really free?
Yes. Uploading, converting and editing are free. Downloading the PDF or Word file needs a free UAE Direct Apply account.
Can I convert a Canva or Figma CV?
Yes. Upload the PDF and we move your details into an ATS-friendly design. Designed CVs don't always read perfectly, so check each section afterwards.
Can I get the ATS version as a Word file?
Yes. Download it as PDF or Word (.docx). The Word file uses plain paragraphs and real bullet points, so it stays ATS-friendly when you edit it.
Is my CV stored?
No. The uploaded file is read once to fill the editor and then deleted. What you type stays in your own browser.
Will an ATS-friendly CV get me more replies?
